Things are falling into place for the Youth Convention in August. The dates of the convention are August 9th to the 12th. We'll be driving a bus out there leaving later in the day on Friday the 7th and getting back earlier in the afternoon on Friday the 14th.
We're in the process of putting together the trip. It will have a couple of hotel stays, we're working on rafting again, maybe some cave exploring as well.
We need to start locking in numbers on who is planning on coming.
If you are planning on coming I need a $50 deposit by January 21.
